Refunds, Returns & Delivery Issues

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For packages that appear lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Verified issues caused during production or fulfillment will be resolved at no extra cost through a replacement or refund.

Address Issues & Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may be eligible for reshipment once a corrected address is confirmed. Additional reshipping costs may apply.
  • Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to the carrier or fulfillment facility are not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or color selection
  • Buyer’s remorse

Exchanges are not offered. Please refer to size and product details carefully before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items that are sealed or intended for hygiene or health use are not eligible for return once opened, in line with applicable consumer protection regulations.

EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective or incorrect goods.
